- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and paprika into a batter.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Heat buffalo sauce and olive oil, then toss with baked wings and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- For the cashew cream, blend soaked cashews, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and water until smooth.
- Serve the wings with a generous side of cashew cream sauce.
