Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Tangy Sriracha Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and onion powder into a batter.
  3. Coat cauliflower florets in the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Heat buffalo sauce, Sriracha, and olive oil in a saucepan, then toss with the baked wings.
  5. Bake for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, with a squeeze of lime for extra zest.
