Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Tangy Sriracha Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Mix the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and onion powder into a batter.
  • Coat cauliflower florets in the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Heat buffalo sauce, Sriracha, and olive oil in a saucepan, then toss with the baked wings.
  • Bake for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve hot, with a squeeze of lime for extra zest.
