Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Vegan Panko Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Combine flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and onion powder into a smooth batter.
  • Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Place on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • In a small pan, warm the buffalo sauce and olive oil. Toss the baked wings in the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite vegan dip.
