- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Combine flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and onion powder into a smooth batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs to coat.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In a small pan, warm the buffalo sauce and olive oil. Toss the baked wings in the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite vegan dip.
