Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Vegan Panko Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Combine flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and onion powder into a smooth batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs to coat.
  4. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  5. In a small pan, warm the buffalo sauce and olive oil. Toss the baked wings in the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite vegan dip.
