Gluten-Free Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Almond Flour

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix almond flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and paprika into a batter.
  • Coat cauliflower florets in the almond flour batter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Heat buffalo sauce and olive oil, then toss with the baked wings.
  • Bake for another 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite vegan dip.
