Spicy BBQ Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
  • Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, making sure they’re fully coated, and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, and olive oil. Heat until warm.
  • Toss the baked cauliflower wings in the sauce mixture and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with a side of vegan ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
